Micro-Enterprise growth Loan Program (MEGLP)
A community collaboration with the City of Tampa in partnership with Total Mortgage Lending, supporting small and micro-business operating in or serving areas of concentrated needs. The MEGLP helps expand access to financing by serving borrowers whose needs may not always align with conventional lending guidelines.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
- SULPHER SPRINGS: Businesses located on Nebraska Ave between Grant Ave/E River Cove St and E Busch Blvd and business located on Florida Ave between N River Shore Dr and E Busch Blvd
- WEST TAMPA: Business located within the boundaries of Columbus Drive to the North, Green Street to the South, Rome Avenue to the East and North Armenia Avenue to the West
- Business Size: 20 or fewer full-time employees
